Colorize all apps!

ProjectX is only compatible with iOS 13.

ProjectX allows you to colorize your apps in an easy way. It allows you to set certain colors for Dark Mode and Light Mode. Similar to how the dark appearance colors work in our tweak DopeConvos, except systemwide now.
