Icon masks. Nothing more, Nothing less.

For this theme you need Snowboard and Snowboard Icon Mask extension from Sparky.

Beware of MaskyALT3 and MaskyALT4, for they hold my friend's childish humor.
I've heard that MaskyALT5 would like to play with a yarn ball ;)
Every "MaskyALTBG" requires a glyph theme. Also this works best on full icons, if you've got Glyphs it will still look cool (imo) but maybe not as cool as full icons.
